We can now supply Dual phones that can handle traditional PSTN and VoIP.
This is a good move for a bullet proof system from internet interruption. You have the choice and ability to make and receive both PSTN and VoIP calls on the same phone.
We have been able to supply the Siemens C460 IP DECT Phones but they were wireless (cordless) and not really office friendly in many ways. Corded or desktop phones that have both PSTN and VoIP capabilities

The free trial we offer gives you a free number and line rental for one month. You then needed to add calling credit to test the service and was set at a minimum amount of £10.
This has now been reduced to only £3 to help encourage businesses to test our service.

Their has been a few articles in the news about problems some companies are having regarding 999 emergency numbers and linking it to an address.
We have a system that logs the extension number to the users address where the call has been made. This has become a problem for emergency services, end users or /and other VoIP providers as their is no way of finding the true address of the VoIP caller.

Voice over internet protocol (VoIP) telephony is no longer “next generation” telecommunications technology, a new report asserts.
A study from Grant Thornton indicates that the telecoms system does not represent the future, but the present - “it is here now”, says the company’s head of technology, Sarika Patel, reports Call Centre Focus.
“VoIP has disrupted the traditional value chain in the communications industry with the focus now falling on IP rather than traditional voice calls,” Ms Patel added.

You can now choose whether to have a city dial coded telephone number or a none Geographic number.
Just sign up in the normal way with HULL VoIP but when asked just opt for the 0845 or 0800 etc number instead.
This option is great if you have offices in different cities or you don’t want to give the impression your based and serve only one town.
